"If you can dream it, you can do it."

That iconic quote from the visionary Walt Disney has long inspired and motivated me. In fact, this small-town kid with the unique name and unusual spelling has been dreaming and doing his entire life -- with passion and compassion, effort and enthusiasm, and hard work and heart.

While I haven't built theme parks or created cinematic masterpieces like Walt did, I have built a wonderful life, written a powerful memoir, and created a notable communications career in Rochester, NY. Along the way, I have been privileged to work at some of the region's premier organizations: leading employee communications and engagement at one of its best financial institutions and workplaces; directing PR at its acclaimed school of music; and supporting alumni relations at one of its highly regarded universities, among others.

Now, with 30+ years of communications, writing, PR, content, and culture experience and wisdom under my belt, I am dreaming and doing once again. How? By leveraging my best self, unique talents, and specialized "art" to help others create personal and professional communications with heart.
